Clients of mine was supposed to fly to Riga on Tuesday. When the got to the airport, Turkish Airlines check-in realised that the Hungarian Consulate issued their visa's for the wrong date. They were denied boarding and it has been a struggle to get them on a flight since. Turkish Airlines could not help me to help the clients in a cheaper way and they had to pay an additional R6000 in the end. At least they got a flight last night, but it breaks my heart!
In other news, my good friend EloiseD and her hubby is on their way here for the weekend as I type. It's going to be a good one!
