... or so we thought!
On Sunday, the farmer was in one of his explore moods again. He decided to drive to Riversdale, and then turn right towards Klipfontein, where his cousin bought a farm in the middle of nowhere. We eventually found the farm, but the gates were locked, so we decided to keep on driving. And guess where we ended up? Stilbaai! Also known as the Bay of the Sleeping Beauty, about 340 km from Cape Town on the N2. Truly a picturesque coastal town.
Only, we did not drive along the N2, but all the way along the Goukou river to where it meets the Indian Ocean on the Southern Cape coast of South Afric. Following a small dirt road!
